At Nora Scop, we offer pre-orders on select upcoming sports trading cards, hobby boxes, and collectibles to ensure our customers can secure highly sought-after products before their official release. Please review our pre-sale policies before placing an order.

1. What is a Pre-Sale?

A pre-sale (or pre-order) allows you to purchase upcoming products before they are officially released. This ensures you secure your items in advance, especially for limited-edition and high-demand releases.

2. How Do Pre-Orders Work?

  • Pre-order items will be clearly labeled with an estimated release or shipping date.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve your product.

  • Once the product is officially released, we will process and ship your order as soon as possible.

3. Estimated Release Dates

  • All pre-sale products come with an estimated release date, which is subject to manufacturer or distributor changes.

  • If a release date is delayed, we will notify you via email with updates.

  • Please note that Nora Scop is not responsible for manufacturer delays.

4. Pre-Sale Order Processing & Shipping

  • Once the product is available, orders will be processed in the order they were received.

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days after release.

  • Shipping: You will receive a tracking number once your pre-order has shipped.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed, as we secure inventory based on demand.

  • If the manufacturer cancels the product or significantly delays its release, we will issue a full refund.

  • If you pre-order multiple items with different release dates, your order will ship once all items are available. To receive items as they are released, we recommend placing separate orders.

6. Limited Quantities & Purchase Limits

  • Some high-demand products may have purchase limits per customer to ensure fair distribution.

  • Placing multiple orders to bypass purchase limits may result in order cancellation.
